Application of Terms and Conditions:

These apply automatically upon issuing an invoice in your name. Any changes to these terms will be promptly communicated to guests via email or their preferred contact method, ensuring clarity and transparency in all transactions.

Availability and Reservation: 

Accommodation is subject to availability. Upon issuance of a pro forma invoice, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your dates. Proof of payment should be emailed to [email protected]. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.

Rates and Extras: 

Rates are calculated per person sharing. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 will be charged 50% of the applicable rates. Our rates do not include food or any extras ordered from our website. Children under 2 years old stay for free. Any discrepancies in advertising or website information will be promptly rectified to ensure accurate pricing information for our guests.

Risk and Liability: 

Entry and use of our premises and facilities are at your own risk. Bluebell Farm Cottages and its staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages during your stay. Our location on a farm may bring you into proximity with natural elements like snakes, spiders, birds, and small animals. We cannot be held responsible for injuries or damages as this is their natural habitat.

Cancellation Policy: 

Free cancellations are available up until 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 3 and 14 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 0-3 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and the applicable bank charges will be deducted accordingly.

Check-In and Check-Out: 

Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00. For Sunday check-outs, flexible timings can be discussed before arrival. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange any late check-outs to avoid additional charges or inconvenience.

Lost Property: 

In case of lost property, arrangements can be made to dispatch items via courier services. Guests are responsible for all associated costs, which must be settled before dispatch. Any unclaimed property will be held for a period of six months before donation to a charitable organisation.

Notification of Changes: 

Guests will be promptly notified via email or their preferred communication method regarding any updates or significant amendments to the terms and conditions. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
